Terms and Conditions
Your credit card will be charged automatically prior to each shipment
Wine Club bottles will be shipped on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 unless otherwise noted
Your membership is continual until we hear from you via e-mail
If you choose to pick up your wine, you have 30 days to pick it up or it will be shipped at your expense
Cancellations or changes to club shipments must be made in writing or via e-mail 30 days prior to shipment
Cost of shipment will vary depending on variety of wines, shipping, and applicable taxes
Limited edition wines may not be available for wine club discounts
We reserve the right to substitute wines
Membership discounts are nontranferable and must be active to apply
An adult signature is required at time of delivery
Recipient must be at least 21 years of age
